Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW

Location: Athimarathuvalasu, Palani, Dindigul District

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage the overall HR function, with strong expertise in industrial relations and large-scale manpower management. The role demands excellent capability in sourcing and managing Hindi-speaking labour workforce, along with strategic HR leadership in a manufacturing/industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, IR, administration, and compliance

2.Develop and execute manpower planning strategies, especially for sourcing Hindi-speaking labour workforce

3.Build strong sourcing channels across North India for bulk hiring

4.Manage contractor workforce, vendor relationships, and labour supply chain

5.Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives

6.Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits

7.Drive industrial relations, union handling, and grievance management

8.Formulate and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures

9.Monitor payroll inputs, attendance systems, and HR MIS reports

10.Act as a strategic partner to management for organizational development and workforce planning

Key Requirements:

ؠMBA in Human Resources / MSW from a recognized institution

ؠ1020 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment

ؠStrong experience in handling large blue-collar workforce

ؠProven expertise in sourcing and managing Hindi-speaking labour workforce

ؠStrong network and hiring experience across North India

ؠFluency in Hindi (speaking and writing) is mandatory

ؠIn-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices

ؠExperience in union handling and industrial relations is essential

ؠStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

vExperience in multi-location workforce management

vExposure to high-volume recruitment and manpower planning

vStrong analytical and decision-making abilities

vExperience in the food industry will be an added advantage

vAbility to drive HR transformation and process improvements
