Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment at site.
- Execute manpower planning in line with business requirements.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance morale, ownership, and workplace culture.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Performance Management & Capability Development
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee on boarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure smooth HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
- Analyse attrition, productivity, and engagement metrics to support decisions.
