About JMP - Fast track leadership program
The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Completing the two-year rotational journey is just the beginning. Post this, you transition into your landing position within the function you are hired - where you apply everything you've learned, deepen your functional expertise, and start making tangible impact. During your 24-month journey, you're prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)-but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 6-8 years. This pathway is intentionally structured to help you grow faster than traditional career routes, ensuring that high-potential individuals move into impactful roles early.

Tier 1 MBA (Preferably XLRI or TISS Alumni only)
Engineering + MBA Background preferred
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in HR at a progressive software global tech company. (excluding internships)
Showcasing demonstrated growth in multiple domains in HR and should have been stable in one organization.
Preferably a candidate who has had exposure to any of the below functions:
Either experience of Driving HR Strategy, HR Transformation
or Strategic HR-BP role,
or Talent Management.
Strong expertise in HR Strategy & Workforce Planning, Advanced Program & Portfolio Management, Enterprise Stakeholder Management, People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making, Digital HR Acumen, Change & Transformation Leadership, High-Impact Communication, Problem-Solving and Structured Thinking,Strategic Influence & Executive Presence.
