Role Overview
The Manager – HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people
initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on talent management,
employee engagement, performance management, and enabling business growth through
effective HR interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
● Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR
strategies
● Drive workforce planning, org structuring, and capability building
● Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters
2. Talent Management
● Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
● Identify high-potential employees and drive succession planning
● Support leadership development initiatives
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
● Design and implement engagement initiatives to improve employee experience
● Analyze attrition trends and drive retention strategies
● Conduct skip-level meetings and pulse checks
4. Employee Relations
● Address employee concerns and manage grievance redressal
● Drive disciplinary actions in line with company policies
● Ensure a positive and compliant work environment
5. Performance & Productivity
● Partner with managers to improve team productivity and performance
● Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
● Support business in achieving targets through people interventions
6. HR Operations & Compliance
● Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance
● Support audits, documentation, and policy implementation
● Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B)
7. Data & Insights
● Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity)
● Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making

Qualifications & Experience
● MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
● 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in HRBP role
● Experience in sales-driven or high-performance environments preferred
