We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead HR partnering for our growing organization in India, covering both R&D and G&A functions.
This is a highly strategic role focused on driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment in close partnership with local leadership and global HR teams.
The Manager - HRBP will play a key role in shaping the organization's growth, strengthening leadership capabilities, and ensuring that our people strategy enables innovation and business success in a dynamic, global environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and an active member of the site's management team, contributing to business decisions and shaping the people strategy to support organizational goals.
- Partner with business and professional leaders to provide consultation on HR-related topics, such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational health.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer scalable solutions that drive engagement, development, and performance.
- Lead and implement key HR processes and initiatives, including performance management, compensation, onboarding, and career development.
- Drive change management and organizational development activities perform ongoing analysis, identify risks, and implement improvement plans.
- Coach and support managers to build leadership capabilities and foster a culture of growth, excellency, and accountability.
- Build strong remote partnerships with global Corporate and Center of Excellence teams to translate global HR strategies into effective local solutions, addressing specific business and people challenges in India.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required Expertise
- 12+ years of experience as HR Business Partner and currently in a role as a Manager - HRBP or Sr. Manager. HRBP in High-tech or Product companies.
- Proven experience supporting R&D teams in India for MNCs
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, with diplomacy and confidence.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, employment practices, and HR market trends.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong partnership with global HR teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly and persuasively articulating complex ideas.
- High business acumen with a deep understanding of new center ramp-up challenges.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
