Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify campuses in tier 3 & Tier 4 locations to cater to the need of resource requirement in remote locations
- Own end to end campus engagement activities (pre-hire & post hire)
- Ideate & prepare appropriate strategies for all campus engagement events and to project Bajaj Finance Ltd. as an Employer of choice.
- Create periodic engagement calendar for campus & run engagement initiatives as per timelines
- Manage vendor partners and successfully run all initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar
- Track & publish engagement calendar with delivery status to all stakeholders
Required Qualifications And Experience

- Educational Qualification- MBA- HR from reputed B-schoolThey must work well under pressure and possess strong time-management skills.b)Work Experience
- Total experience of 1-3 yrs in campus relations & engagementc)Skills Keywords
- Hands on experience on MS office tools (Excel, power point, MS word etc)
- Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projects
- Excellent communications skill (Verbal & Written).
