About the Role:

We're looking for a people-first, business-savvy HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bangalore. You'll work directly with our business leaders toalign people's strategies with growth goals, champion our culture, and drive meaningful impact through high-trust partnerships and data-backed decisions.

What will you do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business success
  • Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development opportunities
  • Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring aligned with business needs
  • Champion a strong organizational culture through employee engagement and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and resolving issues proactively
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives that align with business strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, promoting fairness and transparency

What are we looking for

  • 3 -5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational dynamics
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and tools for insights
  • Resilient and adaptable, with experience navigating change and ambiguity
