Role Overview :
We're looking for an agile and data-driven Manager HRBP to support our rapidly growing organization. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance management, analytics, learning, rewards, and engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnering & Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring alignment between people and business goals.
Handle employee relations proactively issue resolution, policy interpretation, and grievance management.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
2. Performance Management & Development
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback processes.
Enable managers to set measurable goals, provide constructive feedback, and address underperformance effectively.
Use performance data to identify top talent, skill gaps, and development needs.
Partner with business heads to drive merit and promotion reviews linked to performance outcomes.
3. People Analytics & HR Insights
Maintain HR dashboards and analyze data on headcount, attrition, engagement, and productivity trends.
Present data-driven insights and recommend actionable interventions for leadership.
Leverage HR tools such as Amber, Darwinbox, or similar platforms to monitor engagement and employee sentiment.
4. Learning, Growth & Capability Building
Identify learning needs in collaboration with business and functional leaders.
Drive behavioral, technical, and leadership development programs.
Track learning participation, feedback, and impact to strengthen capability-building frameworks.
5. Rewards, Benefits & HR Operations
Support compensation benchmarking, salary review cycles, and incentive planning.
Ensure seamless execution of benefits programs and adherence to HR policies.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
6. Culture & Engagement
Lead engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
Analyze feedback from Amber or similar platforms to build action plans for teams.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience: 46 years of experience in HRBP roles within the EV, Logistics, or Startup ecosystem.
Good to Have:
Strong exposure to HRIS and engagement tools such as Amber, Darwinbox, etc.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about people, culture, and performance.
