Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Candidate will be responsible for handle complete talent acquisition for cooperate office.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates for all positions across the hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and innovative hiring practices.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

Required Candidate profile

  • Any graduate / MBA having 8 to 10 yrs of experience in handling Talent Acquisition for cooperate office in Mumbai working for reputed recruitment firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices for retention of employee.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data in decision-making for retention of employee
  • Female Candidate Preferred.
