Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the right talent is hired within defined timelines.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, networking, referrals, and bulk hiring methods.
  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through structured and efficient hiring processes.

Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Review and improve existing recruitment practices and recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and consistently meet defined performance KPIs.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and manage recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and performance ownership.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation, interview processes, and hiring compliance standards.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and performance reports.
