What will you do:
- Execute comprehensive workforce administration activities including contract management and HRIS updates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Handle critical HR operations including payroll logistics, personnel records maintenance, and training program administration
- Provide digital support to employees while collaborating with Schneider Digital for systems evolution and optimization
- Generate and analyze statistical reports for internal management and external stakeholders covering employee demographics, turnover, and other key metrics
- Manage relationships with HR outsourcing vendors and support implementation of rewards programs

- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations across multiple administrative areas including hiring, termination processes, and labor law compliance
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS and digital HR tools
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities
- Experience in benefits administration and compensation management
