Experience
- 69 years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 4 years in a Lead HR / HRBP role
- Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits) for 80150 employees
- Proven experience in setting up HR processes in a startup or fast-scaling environment (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering & Strategy
- Drive the end-to-end HR agenda aligned with the company's vision, growth plans, and business goals
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Coach and advise managers on people management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Performance & Talent Management
- Lead mid-year and annual performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and talent identification initiatives
- Support leadership in succession planning and development of high-potential talent
- Enable a performance-driven and feedback-oriented culture
HR Policies, Processes & Change Management
- Own, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and best practices
- Design and roll out new HR initiatives in line with business needs
- Lead change management initiatives and strengthen employee communication through town halls, skip-level meetings, and one-on-ones
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Manage the internal hiring function and ensure timely closure of open positions
- Oversee screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
- Ensure strong candidate experience through pre-joining engagement and seamless onboarding
Learning, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Plan and drive learning & development initiatives across levels
- Lead employee engagement programs and manage grievances effectively
- Ensure smooth induction and onboarding for all new hires
