Job Title

Manager HR / HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Experience

  • 69 years of overall HR experience
  • Minimum 4 years in a Lead HR / HRBP role
  • Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits) for 80150 employees
  • Proven experience in setting up HR processes in a startup or fast-scaling environment (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering & Strategy

  • Drive the end-to-end HR agenda aligned with the company's vision, growth plans, and business goals
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
  • Coach and advise managers on people management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead mid-year and annual performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and talent identification initiatives
  • Support leadership in succession planning and development of high-potential talent
  • Enable a performance-driven and feedback-oriented culture

HR Policies, Processes & Change Management

  • Own, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Design and roll out new HR initiatives in line with business needs
  • Lead change management initiatives and strengthen employee communication through town halls, skip-level meetings, and one-on-ones

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

  • Manage the internal hiring function and ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Oversee screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
  • Ensure strong candidate experience through pre-joining engagement and seamless onboarding

Learning, Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Plan and drive learning & development initiatives across levels
  • Lead employee engagement programs and manage grievances effectively
  • Ensure smooth induction and onboarding for all new hires
