Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of employee housing, including allocation, maintenance, and termination of housing arrangements
- Oversee the housing application and allocation process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for housing maintenance and repairs
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding housing-related matters, including rental agreements, lease renewals, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee housing benefits and incentives programs
