Job Description

Position Overview

This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic oversight of Finance and HR functions with Chief of Staff

responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, be adept at leveraging

technology to streamline operations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and tools.

HR Operations

  • Lead HR functions include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics dashboards.

Chief of Staff to CEO

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance and HR roles, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in financial and HR software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, BambooHR).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvement and automation.
