Seeking a data-driven and strategic HR Analytics Manager to lead our HR analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support talent management, organizational development, and business objectives. This role combines HR expertise with advanced analytical skills to enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
.Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.
.Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and initiatives.
.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
.Develop predictive models to forecast HR-related outcomes and support strategic planning.
.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and databases.
.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support HR projects, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and workforce planning.
.Lead initiatives to improve data collection methods and reporting processes.
.Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field Master's degree preferred.
.Proven experience (3+ years) in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
.Proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
.Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and machine learning.
.Familiarity with SQL and data querying.
.Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
