Job Description

Job Summary

The Manager Travel, HR & Administration will be responsible for overseeing corporate travel management, supporting HR operations, and managing administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The role requires strong coordination, people management, policy compliance, and vendor management skills

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

  • Oversee end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including air, rail, hotel, and ground transportation.
  • Develop and implement travel policies, ensuring cost optimization and compliance.
  • Handle travel budgets, approvals, MIS reports, and expense reconciliation.
  • Manage travel-related escalations and ensure employee satisfaction.

HR Operations

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and induction programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Administration & Facilities Management

  • Manage office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, assets, and services.
  • Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure and compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle lease agreements, insurance, and other administrative documentation.
  • Implement cost-control measures and maintain administrative budgets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, travel management, and administration
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 712 years of experience in HR, travel, and administration roles
  • Prior experience in a corporate or multi-location setup is preferred
