About the Team

The Hospital Partnerships team at Navi is responsible for building and managing a strong, pan-India network of hospitals to support our health insurance offerings. By forging and maintaining relationships with partner hospitals, the team ensures wide access and better claim support for our customers. A robust hospital network not only strengthens Navi's national footprint but also enhances the cashless claims experience by offering customers more choices and faster settlements.

About the Role

Responsible for empaneling hospitals, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth cashless claim operations. The role involves maintaining strong hospital relationships, monitoring performance, resolving grievances, and ensuring compliance with health insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Empanelment based on requirements.

Negotiate with hospitals for the best rates and discounts.

Renewal of MOU with empaneled hospitals.

Regular visits to the hospitals and maintaining good relations with the network hospitals.

Regular analysis of network hospitals and dismissal of network hospitals when required.

Regulating Operations of cashless processes and ensuring a smooth claim process.

Maintaining different TATs agreed with the hospitals and resolution of any grievance related to internal teams and provider hospitals.

Monitoring systems and processes to ensure sustained levels of performance.

Must Haves

Ability to handle independent assignments & having the acumen to take logical decisions.

He/she should have a good understanding of insurance claim processing.

He/she should have a good understanding of the hospital admission process and basic knowledge of medical ailments.

Excellent communication skills, including writing emails and presentations.

Knowledge of health regulations and IRDAI circulars is an added advantage.

Graduation in Science background with knowledge of basic Medical Ailments. Medical Graduates will be preferred.

Good Command of Excel, PowerPoint presentation is a must.

Experience in Hospital Networking will be preferred.
