Job Summary:
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving key financial, strategic, and operational initiatives.Translate complex business problems into structured insights and build models to support decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives and drive business growth.Role offers high visibility with founders, CXOs, and investors, requiring strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and AOP across channels (D2C, marketplaces, B2B, offline)
- Build dashboards, track performance, and present insights to leadership and board
- Drive pricing strategy, gross margin optimization, and working capital efficiency
- Prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership communication
- Collaborate across marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams
- Mentor team members and drive high-quality execution
What We're Looking For:
- MBA/CA or Tier-1 background with 4–7 years in consulting, IB, PE, strategy, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
