Role Overview

As a Salesforce Health Cloud engineer you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications. What will you do in this role:

Development:Support the design and development of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior managers.

Customization:Help customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.

Integration:Actively involve for integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party application.

Testing:Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Technical Support:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues.

Learning and Development:Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.

Code Reviews:Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

User Training:Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.

What should you have

• Bachelor s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.
• 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 2-3 years in Salesforce development.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, and workflows. Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LWC and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Salesforce Object Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Record Types.
• Basic knowledge of API integration concepts (REST/SOAP).
• Familiar with basic Salesforce configuration tasks, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, or basic knowledge of Git/CI-CD tools).
• Able to write unit test cases and contribute to maintaining code quality and best practices.
• Provide basic support for bug fixing, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
