Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager position located in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, identifying and implementing strategies for improving business processes, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a managerial role with strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects with attention to detail and on time delivery of work
- Experience in implementing and managing business processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a positive work environment
- Experience in the mobile industry or a related field is a plus
