We are seeking a high-impact professional to be part of the Growth Office within the Assurance practice. The role will be instrumental in driving strategic business development initiatives, enhancing the firm's go-to-market approach, and enabling high-quality, differentiated client pitches.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market intelligence initiatives by analyzing industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to support growth strategy
- Lead the development of high-quality, insight-driven pitch decks and proposals, ensuring strong storytelling and visual excellence
- Review, refine, and elevate proposal outputs to ensure alignment with the firm's positioning and value proposition
- Partner closely with Partners and the Head of Audit to understand client contexts and craft tailored solutions
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research depth, content quality, and overall efficiency of deliverables
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred, with 8–9 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, or business development roles)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis and data interpretation
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools for research, synthesis, and content creation
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
