Role Overview:

As a Manager, Growth Marketing, You will close the gap between execution and strategy in our Growth Marketing team. We run campaigns well; you will design the thinking behind them. As the embedded growth lead for your business area, you will own growth metrics, shape channel strategy, optimise funnel performance, and run disciplined experiments. You will challenge assumptions, including the Senior Manager's, and bring independent points of view to strategy discussions.

What You'll Do:

Growth Strategy & Channel Mix

• Own growth campaign strategy and channel mix for assigned workstreams.
• Define the problem, audience, objective, message, channel approach, and success metrics.
• Direct Associates on execution while keeping strategic ownership.

Experimentation Discipline

• Build and manage the growth experiment backlog using market research to generate hypotheses.
• Design tests, set success metrics and kill rules, kill failures quickly, scale winners, and documentlearnings.

Performance & Funnel Optimisation

• Analyse campaign and funnel performance to find what works, what does not, and why.
• Recommend insights-driven changes that improve conversion, contribution, and efficiency.

Growth Metrics Ownership

• Own growth metrics for your assigned business area.
• Spot opportunities, recommend actions, balance BU needs with marketing best practices, and drive outcomes.

Copy & Messaging Strategy

• Own copy quality for campaigns, comms assets, and push notifications.
• Analyse what copy works, advise on message-angle and segment fit, and make sure every piece hasa clear user attraction hook.

GTM & Product Marketing Support

• Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for product launches in scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and keep the team moving.

Team Development

• Manage and coach Associates through standards, feedback, 1:1s, and career growth support.
• Build successful teams by identifying strengths and gaps, and actively grow team capability.
• Gradually hand over ownership of campaigns and workstreams to build team capability.

Cross-Functional Influence

• Work with Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to align priorities and removeblockers.
• Influence budget and resource allocation with data-backed business cases.

Role Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing—ideally in fintech, e-wallet, financial services, or high-growth digital platforms.
• Track record of owning end-to-end campaign strategy, from insight to measurement.
• People management experience, or a proven ability to lead and develop junior marketers.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to structure arguments and present to senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• SQL or equivalent ability to query and analyse data independently.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and engagement platforms such as Clever Tap and ASAP (AlipaySuper App Platform).
• Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, and campaign orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, analysis, or creative output.
