About the Role
This position will be a part of the Growth Marketing vertical at Swiggy. As Instamart continues to redefine convenience shopping in India, this role will focus on driving user growth, retention, and scaling revenue through innovative and measurable strategies.
You'll be at the forefront of building a best-in-class growth engine for partner brands on Instamart, driving its adoption, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring Instamart remains a leader in the category.

Key Responsibilities
. Performance Campaign Management: Taking insight-driven approaches toward media strategy and planning. Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for partner brands across major platforms, including Meta Ads, Google, and programmatic networks. Continuously drive efficiency by optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click (CPC), and conversion rates to ensure high-quality traffic to brand and instamart. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta Ads Platform Google Ads algorithms, feature releases, and industry best practices . Reporting campaign results along with funnel trends and projections. . Revenue Growth & Client Relations: Drive client retention and proactively manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase brand investments on Brandverse and effectively pitch the platform and program advantages. . Strategic Optimization: Conduct regular audits of client ad accounts, providing strategic and tactical inputs to significantly improve ROAS. . Experimentation & Scaling: Lead a data-driven experimentation roadmap, conducting A/B tests and pilot projects to identify effective growth levers. Scale successful experiments across brands to establish sustainable and scalable growth models. . Data Analysis & Attribution: Identify trends & insights through AppsFlyer,Google analytics and other tools to optimize media budgets and deliver efficiency. Conduct in-depth analyses, including lift studies, to accurately quantify campaign impact and refine strategies. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Revenue & Growth and Operations teams to ensure all growth marketing initiatives are aligned with Instamart's broader business objectives.
Required Skillset
. A strong bias for action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a relentless focus on driving results. . Digital Marketing Expertise: . Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (DemandGen, DV360, UACe, PMax,etc) DSPs, and programmatic platforms. . Experience in Meta CPAS (Meta Collaborative Ads) is a plus . Proficiency in attribution model and tools like AppsFlyer with strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization. . Hyperlocal and Category Knowledge: Experience in managing campaigns tailored to hyperlocal markets and understanding the nuances of e-commerce or q-commerce. . Experimentation and Data-Driven Thinking: . Proficiency in designing A/B tests, geo-lift studies, and conversion-lift studies. . Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and scale successful experiments. . Creative and Analytical Balance: Strong skills in both creative problem-solving and analytical decision-making.
Experience:
. 3+ years in growth or digital marketing roles, preferably with digital agencies , q-commerce, consumer tech, or e-commerce platforms. . Proven track record of scaling businesses through data-driven grow . External stakeholder management or client servicing experience is a must . Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture . Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
