We are looking for adynamic and versatile Associate Manager Graphic Designwho will play a dual role: leading design execution and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is ahands-on designerwho can create compelling visuals, manage content creation for digital channels, and assist with overall brand communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Visual Content- Designdigital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, banners, and signage.
- Develop creative concepts forexhibition booth graphics, event branding, and experiential design elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and project teams to translate client and internal briefs into impactful visuals.
Social Media Content & Campaign Management- Plan, design, and publish engaging content forLinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)that promotes the company's projects and services.
- Create and editshort videos, reels, and animationsshowcasing event setups, builds, and success stories.
- Maintain the posting schedule, respond to engagement, and monitor performance analytics to improve reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies for different platforms.
Email Marketing & Communication Design- Design and manageemail campaigns(newsletters, promotions, announcements) for existing clients and new prospects.
- Ensure visual and content alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Create digital assets and layouts that improve email open and click-through rates.
Branding & Marketing Collateral- Assist in updating and maintainingbrand guidelines.
- Develop visual assets for client presentations, case studies, pitch decks, and internal communications.
- Support marketing and sales teams with creative materials for proposals and client outreach.
Project Coordination & Team Collaboration- Work with printers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library (images, videos, templates, brand materials).
- Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable) on design best practices, tools, and workflows.
- Stay updated ondesign trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practicesrelevant to the events industry.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience ingraphic design, social media content creation, or marketing design, preferably in theevents, exhibits, or creative services industry.
- Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- Familiarity withsocial media management tools(e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) andemail marketing platforms(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience withvideo editing and motion graphicsis highly desirable.
- Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines.
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
