Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) / Associate Vice President (AVP)

– Product Management to lead the product strategy, development, and lifecycle

management of eFacto Retail & Distribution ERP, our flagship retail ERP software. The

role requires defining and executing the product vision to achieve business growth,

customer success, and market leadership in the retail ERP segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from planning to release.
  • Conduct market research and integrate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams for timelyproduct delivery.
  • Engage with customers and partners to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective product positioning and go-to-market

strategies.

  • Lead and mentor the product management team.
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
  • Manage key customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and reduce churn.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 15-25 years in product management, with 5+ years in senior roles in ERP or retail

software.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric with strong business acumen.
