Job Responsibilities
Support the Transformation Team in their duties, ensuring a common standard of work across the team.
Deliver individual transformation projects with a regional/global span of control.
Provide transformational project support e.g. deliver project/process documentation.
Collect, analyze, and visualize data to provide actionable insights for projects, process design and governance activities.
Run problem-solving sessions (e.g., Kaizen events) to address operational issues and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure the high quality of various team products and services, such as transformation champions, training, and bottom-up improvement programs.
Act as a liaison between business functions and the transformation team to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Oversee the delivery of workshops and training activities, including logistics, participant management, and materials preparation.
Delivery of Continuous Improvement / Transformation training based on needs.
Identify and deliver service improvement activity within the GBS by leveraging process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, including continuous improvement, transition and project management, business/financial analysis.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistics, process mapping, and problem-solving.
Critical thinking and ability to identify improvement opportunities, define actionable plans and deliver benefits.
Strong decision-making abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with flexibility to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly form working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement and project management methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, or Change management.
Experience in process automation using various tools such as Workflows, RPA, Chatbots, and AI is an advantage.
Other Requirements
Experience providing training and mentoring sessions.
Proactive, can-do attitude, and a team player.
