Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivaed Training Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance employee performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with project's leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Training program design: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
  • Needs assessment: Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Onboarding excellence: Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly adapt to tools, and processes.
  • Client and internal connects: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams to align training priorities and share best practices.
  • Standardized processes: Establish unified training and quality processes across all geographies to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Performance improvement: Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, adjusting programs for maximum impact.
  • AI-driven knowledge: Implement AI-powered knowledge management tools to streamline content delivery, personalize learning, and provide real-time insights for trainers and employees.
  • Collaboration: Partner with operations, customer support, and quality teams to align training with organizational priorities.
  • Continuous learning: Introduce innovative learning methodologies, including digital platforms and microlearning.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present training outcomes, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide trainers and team members to build a strong learning culture.

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–7 years of experience in training management, preferably in fast-paced, customer-centric industries
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing training programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems, AI-driven knowledge platforms, and modern training tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams
  • Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., Certified Training Professional, Instructional Design) preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across project's global teams and client stakeholders

  • AI knowledge platforms — to emphasize AI‑driven training and knowledge management.
