Manager – Fundraising & Donor Relations

The Manager – Fundraising & Donor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include identifying potential donors and funding opportunities, developing and executing fundraising strategies, and building long-term relationships with donors to support the organization's mission. The role also involves preparing grant proposals, managing fundraising campaigns, ensuring donor engagement, and maintaining transparent and timely communication with stakeholders about fund utilization and program impact.

• Proficiency in Fundraising Strategies, Donor Relationship Management, and Grant Proposal Writing
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking Skills
• Event Management expertise and experience coordinating fundraising campaigns
• Analytical and Research Skills, including donor analysis and sustainability planning
• Experience in Non-Profit Management or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects is an advantage
• Proficient in Reporting, Budget Management, and Fund Allocation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Work, or equivalent relevant experience
