Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and guide decision-making
- Analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and provide actionable insights
- Partner closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to track performance and improve efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience:5–7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.
- Industry:SaaS experience is good to have, preferably from a subscription-based business.
