Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to support business performance management, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. The individual will play a key role in driving monthly reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reviews while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business finance, along with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

What will you own

• Drive timely monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for senior management.
• Partner with business teams to track revenue, gross margin, opex, EBITDA, cash flow, and key operating metrics against AOP and forecasts.
• Prepare management dashboards, financial summaries, and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support monthly business reviews, forecast refreshes, and financial performance deep-dives.
• Track and follow up on key business action items to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved.
• Analyze financial and operational trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to drive business alignment and financial visibility.
• Support the preparation of leadership review packs, board-style summaries, and investor-facing financial analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and dashboard enhancement initiatives.

What are we looking for

• Atleast 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Management Reporting, or Financial Planning roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis, revenue tracking, margin analysis, EBITDA, and cash flow performance.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with the ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to convert financial analysis into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, media, or digital business environments.
• Exposure to BI tools, dashboards, automation, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance.
• Prior experience preparing leadership review packs, board-level summaries, or investor-facing financial analysis.
