Job Description

Finance Manager (FP&A) - A Leading Alcohol Beverage Company

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Qualified CA/CMA with 5–9 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector (Alcobev exposure preferred), bringing strong hands-on knowledge of ERPs such as Oracle, SAP, or Tally Prime. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced Excel proficiency alongside data visualization expertise in Power BI, Power Query, or Python, coupled with a proactive attitude toward adopting new systems and processes.

Known for its premium spirits portfolio and award-winning products, the organization has built a strong industry reputation through quality-driven production, innovation, and consistent market growth since the mid-1990s.

Location: Mysore Road, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Hybrid

Designation: Finance Manager (FP&A)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management reporting and MIS activities
  • Leading new product development to develop the business case to support decision making
  • Coordination of deliverables, deadlines and expectations
  • Business partnering and strategic insight to stakeholders
  • P&L and BS variance analysis periodically to provide insight on KPI's like GM, EBITDA, Operating profit etc.
  • Finance modelling and scenario planning - best case, worst case and expected etc.
  • P&L analysis and cost management
  • KPI design and preparing dashboard for review with stakeholders
  • Coordinating with Accounting and controlling team to see the accounting is in line with Plan
  • To provide insight on investment decision towards high value capital expenditure
  • Liaising with auditors and external consultants to provide data for audit and other assignments
  • Work closely with IT team to enhance internal control, process improvisation and automation of processes
  • Preparation of reports and clarifications based on requirements and email from management

Academic and experience requirements:

  • Person should have completed his/her bachelors or master degree in Commerce
  • Person should be qualified CA/CMA and with an experience of 5-9 years post qualification
  • Worked in manufacturing sector. Experience in Alcobev industry would be an added advantage
  • Good Knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP, Tally Prime etc.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and data visualisation like Python, Power query, Power BI etc.
  • Open to learn new system and processes depending work and need basis

  • Strategic thinking and Detailed oriented
  • Should be able to work with division accounts team and CFTs
  • Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach.
  • Should be able to work independently and with team

Education: Qualified CA/CMA

Experience: Atleast 5+ years in financial management, FP&A, or leadership roles.

Working days: Monday to Friday
