The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - FP&A should have:
- CA/MBA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
