Job Description

Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to monitor financial performance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.
Analyse market trends and recommend strategies to optimize profitability.
Support senior management in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - FP&A should have:

CA/MBA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
Knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is an advantage.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
