Standardize templates, assumptions, methodologies, and timelines across business units while identifying opportunities for automation and simplification.

Build and coach a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement, business acumen, and ownership.

Act as FP&A governance owner to drive accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial outputs.

Support leadership reviews with analytics for topline, costs, headcount, pricing, and ad hoc analysis.
