Product Manager - PMT (Product Management Team)
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Architect and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies to drive brand equity and market share.
- Data-Driven Market Intelligence: Leverage IQVIA and AWACS datasets to perform deep-dive competitive analysis, tracking prescription trends (Rx) and secondary sales to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Omni-channel Collateral Development: Design and manage a high-impact portfolio of marketing collaterals, including scientific visual aids, product monographs, and digital detailing tools.
- Creative Conceptualization: Partner with design agencies and internal creative teams to transform complex scientific data into visually compelling and easy-to-digest promotional inputs.
- End-to-End Launch Management: Orchestrate the successful launch of new molecules, encompassing market potential mapping, pricing strategy, and the creation of Go-to-Market (GTM) launch kits.
- Pre-Launch Readiness: Coordinate material requirements, regulatory alignment, and supply chain readiness to ensure 100% stock availability at launch.
- Integrated Stakeholder Management: Lead seamless interdepartmental and cross-functional coordination (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain) to align brand objectives.
- Sales Force Empowerment: Develop and deliver comprehensive Marketing Strategy training modules for new joiners and the field force to ensure high-fidelity execution of brand messaging.
