Role :
- Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reporting, RP reporting, Accounting of various debt instrument
- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports
- Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities.
- Conduct periodical review of GLs, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software) -Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances
- Ensure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct / Indirect)
- Lead the Procure2Pay team/s and provide guidance for process improvements.
- Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).
- Provide support on special projects and tasks.
Skills :
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS - Excel
- Team player
- Solution oriented, Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management
- In depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulations
- Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.
Qualified CA with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience BFSI / Banking / NBFC - Kickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.
