Manager-Financial Reporting and Consolidation

Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS)

Knowledge of preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow statement, notes to accounts etc.)

Liaison with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly Limited Review and Year end Audit

Knowledge of Income tax Act for handling tax audits of the entities

Stakeholder Management

Knowledge of Companies Act and Industry Standards

Having worked in a listed company who is aware of Listing regulations and related deliverables (preferable)
