Position: Manager Finance and MIS

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (NESCO IT PARK, Gate no. 3, TOWER 4, 5th Floor, South A Wing, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063)

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process
  • Support business to recover inflation from clients
  • Support business to collect overdue and achievement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
  • Benchmarking and preparing sales strategy to win new business
  • Preparing sensitivity analysis on new bids with expected deviation and impact of them on the financials
  • Preparation of Capex / Financing Model to derive Payback period / ROCE for new business
  • Willingness to automate processes and use of Excel in various reports
  • Knowledge of taxation & accounting standards
  • Solution-oriented & methodical approach
  • Willingness to work in multiple departments within finance
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Self-driven and willing to stretch to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience with financial modelling and budgeting
  • Understanding of taxation & accounting standards
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams and business operations
  • Ability to automate processes and enhance efficiency in financial reporting
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take initiative and meet tight deadlines
