Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this position, the manager will oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role requires analyzing financial data to provide insights for key decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals. Additional responsibilities include supporting the leadership team in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Solid understanding of finance principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial tools and software, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skill
• Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years experience preferred
