Manager Financial Analysis

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes

Track financial performance against budgets and provide detailed variance analysis with actionable insights

Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership decision-making

Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact assessments to support strategic initiatives

Partner with business teams to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes

2. Cost Accounting & Control

Maintain and enhance cost accounting systems for products, projects, and services

Analyze cost structures, standard costing, and cost variances; identify root causes and improvement opportunities

Monitor cost efficiency and support cost optimization and productivity initiatives

Ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability analysis by business line, customer, and route

Support cost audits and compliance requirements

3. Pricing, Profitability & Business Analysis

Support pricing analysis, margin improvement, and yield optimization initiatives

Assist business teams with deal pricing, tenders, and contract costing

Perform break-even, contribution, and profitability analysis for new and existing business

Analyze discounting trends, pricing deviations, and customer-level profitability

Act as a Business Analyst to evaluate commercial proposals, business cases, and investment decisions

4. Business Analytics & Decision Support

Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to improve data-driven decision-making

Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and insights

Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management

5. Financial Governance & Controls

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, SOPs, and control frameworks

Support statutory, internal, and cost audits

Assist in strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

Drive standardization and automation of reporting and analytics where possible
