Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and manage monthly forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Coordinate preparation of annual operating plans, aligning with business objectives and financial targets.
Oversee long-range planning, incorporating market trends and business strategies.
Collaborate with Business Finance partners to validate assumptions, gather data, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in FP&A.
Lead automation initiatives to streamline financial processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
Drive simplification and standardization of FP&A processes across the organization.
