Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager Finance Transformation to lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives for clients across industries. The role involves driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and enabling digital transformation within finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation engagements, including process redesign, operating model changes, and technology enablement
- Assess current-state finance processes and design future-state solutions aligned with business objectives
- Drive initiatives across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), FP&A, and governance frameworks
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work closely with senior client leadership
- Support implementation of ERP systems, finance automation tools, and reporting solutions
- Lead and mentor junior team members and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare client presentations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
Desired Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in Finance Transformation with a Big 6 consulting firm or firms.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and performance management
- Exposure to digital finance initiatives, automation, or ERP implementations is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- CA or similar professional qualification (preferred)
- Candidates with qualifications other than CA should have 69 years of relevant experience
