Managing portions of the day to day output of India Shared Services
Managing accounting close procedures for Tower companies, including analysis / substantiation / analytical procedures of all balance sheet and income statement accounts including valuations
Managing other global centralized controls and procedures including
Month end broker valuation
Fixed asset monitoring
Energy funds reporting
Analyzing internal processes for improvements and collaborate with the financial technology team in developing financial automation
Assisting in preparing annual financial statements while coordinating with external auditors
Assisting in many ad hoc and special projects
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
At least 6 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and financial services accounting preferred
CPA, CA or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Tableau software a plus
