Manager Finance

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Finance to lead our finance team and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for financial planning.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
