The Manager Finance will be responsible for leading, directing and controlling all Finance and Controlling related topics and processes in the region.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Coordinate and oversee regional Finance and Controlling organization
- Align administrative processes and structures in all Sartorius Sites as close as possible to the group Standards
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, or the sales of assets to ensure they are financially viable
- Take care of appropriate funding in close alignment with group Treasury, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with banks, investment analysts, and other financial and administrative institutions
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop finance and accounting managers to ensure Sartorius financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
- Act as a counterpart for the group Function Transfer Pricing throughout the region
- Support Operations Sites from an Operations Controlling perspective
- Perform individual projects agreed with Regional Sales Management and Global Functional Management
- Conduct objective, critical review of regional strategic and operational plans, and implement appropriate financial strategy that aligns with business objectives
