Job Purpose:To lead and manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely insights for decision-making. This role also supports audits, FP&A, and drives process improvements across group entities

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Oversee Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring seamless and timely completion of MIS reports and financial statements.

Reporting of monthly results to the management and Group, highlighting key financial insights.

Spearhead the external and internal audit process for statutory audit, tax audit and IFRS reporting.

Prepare financial deck for quarterly board meetings.

Monthly review of Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and correct reporting

Coordinate recharges to the Group companies across international entities, managing both receivables and payables.

Manage the calculation and distribution of Group Royalties, ensuring timely payments.

Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team with financial projections and planning related inputs.

Handle lease accounting (IFRS and Ind AS), aligning with group policies.

Oversee the consolidation and reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Receivable for all group entities.

Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency.

Ensuring timely review of Bank reconciliation statements to prevent discrepancies in expenditure or income recording.

Education,QualificationsandExperience

CA with 5+ years of experience in assurance/statutory audit role from Big 4 consultants, or experience in Financial Reporting from a manufacturing industry.

Excellent analytical skillset

Deep knowledge and experience in Ind AS and IFRS is an added advantage

Working knowledge in SAP

Hands on experience with MS office tools
