Manager - Finance

Purpose of the Job: The purpose of this role is to ensure robust financial governance and operational efficiency through strategic budgeting, accurate accounting, insightful MIS reporting, effective tax and statutory compliance, precise fund accounting and reconciliations, and proactive cash flow and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Budgets and Financial planning
• Supervision and Finalization of Audit and Accounts
• Preparing Management Information (MIS) Reports
• Coordinating with auditors and other regulatory stakeholders
• Analyzing daily cash flow
• Handling Treasury Investments

Role Specific Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights
• High aptitude for numbers and problem-solving in financial contexts
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS PowerPoint for presentations and reporting
• Working knowledge of ERP accounting software for financial operations

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in either Financial Services (Mutual Fund industry experience preferred)
• Charted Accountant (CA)
