We are looking for a
Manager, Finance & Controlling / Commercial Finance to join the
Integrated Biologics Finance team. The role will provide strong financial planning, analysis, commercial finance, and business partnering support across pricing, contracts, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive profitable growth and financial rigor.

What You'll Do
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Business Unit
- Act as finance business partner supporting commercial teams on pricing, contracts, margin analysis, and customer negotiations
- Provide insightful analysis on revenue, costs, margins, Capex, and Free Cash Flow to support decision‑making
- Support strategic projects including portfolio optimization and potential M&A activities
- Collaborate with global finance, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and digital tools
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in finance & controlling, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
- Strong analytical, pricing, and contract evaluation skills with a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
