Position Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the day-to-day operational activities of Dattatray Consultancy across multiple hospitality consultancy projects. The role involves project execution, team coordination, client management, operational planning, audit implementation, SOP monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Handle end-to-end execution of hospitality consultancy projects across restaurants, cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens, hotels, resorts, and fine-dine concepts.
Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, architects, and clients for smooth project execution.
Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are completed as per agreed schedules.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project trackers for all active projects.
Conduct regular follow-ups with teams regarding pending deliverables and operational updates.

Client Management
Act as the primary coordination point between clients and the consultancy team.
Schedule and manage client meetings, review calls, site visits, and project discussions.
Ensure proper communication and professional relationship management with clients.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action planners, and execution reports.
Address client concerns and coordinate internal resolutions promptly.

Operations & Process Management
Implement and monitor SOPs, GMPs, and operational systems across projects.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all operational records and reports.
Monitor workflow efficiency and identify operational gaps or delays.
Develop and improve internal operational systems for smoother project handling.
Ensure operational compliance across departments and projects.

Team Management
Supervise and coordinate internal staff, interns, trainers, consultants, and freelancers.
Assign tasks and monitor team productivity and accountability.
Conduct regular review meetings with departments.
Assist in manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and training schedules.
Maintain discipline, work ethics, and reporting structure within the team.
Site Visits & Operational Audits
Conduct operational audits at client locations when required.
Monitor project execution quality during setup and launch phases.
Assist in implementing corrective actions and operational improvements.
Coordinate with BOH, FOH, kitchen, housekeeping, and service teams during audits.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare operational reports, audit reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Maintain updated project databases, costing sheets, and operational files.
Ensure proper usage of Google Drive, Sheets, CRM tools, and internal systems.
Generate weekly progress reports for management review.
Vendor & Execution Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for project-related requirements and follow-ups.
Track procurement timelines and execution dependencies.
Ensure vendors meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Assist clients with vendor communication wherever required within project scope.
Training & Implementation
Coordinate operational training schedules for client teams.
Support implementation of service standards, SOPs, and operational systems.
Monitor training effectiveness and operational adherence post-training.
Required Skills
Strong operational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
Good knowledge of hospitality operations and F&B industry practices.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of SOPs, audits, reporting, and execution systems.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
3+ years experience in hospitality operations, consultancy, hotel operations, restaurant management, or project coordination.
Experience in handling multi-location hospitality projects is preferred.
Background in hospitality consultancy or restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to Founder & CEO – Chef Kiran Joshi.
Coordinates with all internal departments and project stakeholders.
Work Requirements
Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
Flexible working hours based on project requirements.
Strong professional communication and documentation standards mandatory.
